Best way is to Subcribe.  When you subscribe, you will get notifed when we update the website.  You can get notified by email and/or Text messaging.  I recomend both as I’m not sure all the bugs are out of these add-ons for the website.

We also like comments – keeps us motivated to post something.  No comments = no posts as time goes on…  No such thing as a bad comments.  Your first comment is held in moderation until we clear it  (based on your email address), after your first cleared comment, all future ones will post immediately.  If you type you email address differently the second time (Upper case vs lower case as an example), your held in maderation again because it thinks your new – so I recomend just use all lowercase on your email address.
