Interesting wildlife – what’s that – a big ol’ orange snake?? Looks like a great first day. Are you traveling the old Route 66? I was kinda confused with your heading south, at first and going into AZ, but the sign on your dinner spot turned on the old light bulb. After so many years, it’s probably fun to take new & different routes. Looking forward to more pics.
Me again…I’m loving the interactive map! Still no street views as you’re kinda off the beaten path, but I see you’re on your way to the Grand Canyon! That’s on my bucket list, so take lots of pictures!!

OK, I see it…DUH…but it’s just a nice road with trees – thought I’d get a glimpse of the canyon! FYI: I subscribed to both email & text and am getting neither. Not that you should spend your vaca debugging this…just thought you should know since I’m beta testing this for you…for a price of course…I’m still waiting on that DVD of Alaska pics 🙂
